A Little About Us
Welcome to Earth to Ocean Ceramics. I'm Jon — a maker working from a garden studio in North Devon, shaped by the coastline and moorland on my doorstep.
Every piece I throw at the wheel is designed to be used. Mugs, bowls, v-drip coffee sets — stoneware made for the everyday, glazed in the deep earthy tones, Atlantic blues, and moorland greens of the landscape I love.
Making sustainably matters to me as much as making beautiful pieces. I use harvested rainwater in my process, supplement kiln firings with solar power, and package everything in recycled and recyclable materials. The landscape inspires the work — it deserves to be protected, too.
